What are your shipping charges? TOP

Our shipping charges are quite simple, it's based on how much your purchase is. But for the US and Canada shipping is FREE with a purchase of $100 or more. Here's how it works:

United States:

$.01 to 25.00 = $6.95

$25.01 to $40.00 = $7.95

$40.01 to $60.00 = $8.95

$60.01 to $80.00 = $9.95

$80.01 to $99.99 = $10.95

$100.00 and up = FREE

Within the US (all 50 states)

Canadian Orders:

$.01 to 25.00 = $7.95

$25.01 to $40.00 = $8.95

$40.01 to $60.00 = $9.95

$60.01 to $80.00 = $10.95

$80.01 to $99.99 = $11.95

$100.00 and up = FREE

All other International Orders:

$.01 to 25.00 = $9.95

Is my payment online secure? TOP

Yes, we use a secure credit card processor, authorize.net, with them we are also able to accept payments through the mail or over the phone, if you are uncomfortable putting your information in a computer.

If you are not comfortable using, or don't have a credit card, for US customers we will accept money orders. This option will mean it will take longer for you to get your purchases, since we can't send items out prior to getting payment.

We accept all types of Paypal payments, we also accept credit card payments through a secure server. Credit card payments can be accepted online, over the phone, or via fax. We also accept Postal money orders, from within the United States, only.

Do you sell any of our information? TOP
Absolutely NOT! We do not sell, share, or give away any information about our customers. Your payment, address and Email information are totally secure.

How long does it take for my purchase to ship? TOP
We will have your item packed and shipped out in 24-48 hours. We usually ship out in the morning, so if we have received your order by 5 am est, your item will most likely be shipped that day. We don't ship on Sundays.

What is the boutique experience? TOP
Ahh! That's when you walk into a store and are treated like GOLD! Many of us don't get the movie star treatment at the store! Well, here you do! We will individually tissue wrap each of your clothing purchases, and many times include a little something extra for your little one! We answer any questions as quickly as possible, and work very hard to make each customer feel special!

What is your return policy? TOP
We gladly accept returns, and do not charge a restocking fee. If you are unhappy for any reason, return your item in the same unused condition, with the tags still intact. If you are returning, please contact us, so we can watch for it. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of you receiving your order. We will promptly refund your payment in the method you used to pay. We're sorry, but shipping is not refundable, unless it was our error.

Are all of the items in your store new? TOP
ABSOLUTELY! We only sell new, never been worn items in our boutique. If you are interested in used clothing, please click on the link to our Ebay store, we list many quality used and new items there. This boutique will deal exclusively with NEW items. We will have a large selection for every budget. Our belief is that you should be able to dress your children well, with quality clothing, and still be able to afford to feed them!

My purchase is a gift, can you send it directly to them? TOP
Yes, we would be more than happy to do that! For a nominal charge, we will even gift wrap it for you! Just contact us with the specifics!

Do you offer layaway? TOP

We do! You can use a credit card for payments, an E-check, Paypal or Money orders. Here's how it works:

We divide your purchase into any amount of payments that works for you. The first payment is 20% of your total (not including shipping charges). You email me, and we will arrange a schedule for your payments. The shipping charges will be included in the final payment (unless of course you purchase $100 or more, and then shipping is FREE!). If you are purchasing a customized item, no work will be done until payment has been completed.
